Tiny Steps Day Care is a licensed in-home daycare in Seaford, NY offering a warm and cozy family-like environment for the children.

In the year 2000 my mom opened up her own family daycare in Ozone Park, Queens. She made me her legal assistant at the age of 18 and since then I learned to handle and care for children of all ages. I worked in the daycare for 4 years before I became a dental hygienist and practiced that career for 11 years.

 

When we moved to Seaford in 2020, I got pregnant with my second child. It was then when I decided to open up my own daycare and provide all the love, attention and protection that I do to my own children, to the other kids under my care. I love working with children and seeing them grow and learn over the years. Trust and building excellent rapport with the parents is one of the most important things to me in order to provide the best quality care for the children.

At Tiny Steps, your child will receive cognitive learning, improve their social skills, work on  their fine and gross motor skills and play all together. Our goal is to prepare our little ones for pre-school or kindergarten in an effort to make their transition into a school setting a smooth one. We strive for a day full of learning through play time and fun filled activities to keep the children happy and the minds growing.
